I’ve been heavily influenced by listening to gospel, jazz & blues from the Southern United States and I draw my musical roots from these styles. After abandoning instrumental jazz on the saxophone, I found myself musically as a singer and songwriter playing piano.
“Fickle Thing†is my debut album and covers the favorite songs that I have written over the last couple of years. While the album has no constant theme, to me each song is a deep and personal exploration of my life’s lessons learned.
The production is simple and relatively sparse which has given me the opportunity to explore the depth of my voice leaving the songs pure and uncluttered. This is my first offering to the world and I hope you enjoy it.
