Any music that has good substance and some talent behind it though I think politically involved music is the most useful.
When I had cable I Liked to watch movies on the Independant Film Channel, I used to enjoy going to the movie theater but people are getting out of hand. GrRrRrr!
I don't watch much TV.
Its gotta be an amazing book to keep my attention.
