About Me

I observe, I think, I feel, I create, I write, I strive to be that which modern man is not. I look deep within and continue to renew myself. I know who I am and where I want to exist. I enjoy the written word and have compiled a book that follows my thought process between the ages of seventeen and thirty to illustrate my ongoing search and record my history. There I have hidden nothing of myself, and there you will learn much about me if you have the patience to read for a while. Thirty Up 'Til Now ... My path lies ahead of me. Perhaps we will meet along the way...

On riding the storm out...

This is the onset of things to come, yes?  The long winters stretching further and further into spring, the summers coming later and growing shorter...  Perpetual winter, and I like it. ...

On freedom...

I have heard the question posed time and time again...  What exactly is freedom?  In my existence freedom manifests itself in many arrays of thought.  I consider total freedom to be nea...

Godspeed Syd Barrett...

It was in the autumn of 1991 when I first experienced Pink Floyd.  By the spring of 1992 I had acquired most of their discography.  By the summer of 1994 I had amassed a large Pink Floyd cat...

On virtue...

Tonight I begin a process of thought that fringes on the edge of right and wrong.  When I think of virtue I think of much more than kindness...  It is a trait that in most cultures is regard...

Back in the saddle...

Interesting how things happen...  I was just talking today about how holidays slow down the measure of our progress.  Don't get me wrong...  Most people know I'm all for not being produ...

Killing time...

Well, back again from the depths of society, and it's here where I make my stand.  Amazing how life can turn on a dime...  I spend the hours plotting my way to the gold I will need to build ...

On rearranging...

Still I say it is strange how little we change once we're through rearranging ourselves, and some people think we change all the while. Perhaps we are just refinements of the past second or two. The i...

Sunday Drivers...

Time and time and time again, I think of how to stretch and bend, to move in ways they cannot see, to find the strength and yell "it's me!" And here I am in the now as a friend once said; he's in my h...

Thoughts, thoughts, thoughts...  Where do they all go if you never act upon them?  Seems to me the thing to do would be to do one really well, just have to take a care and see how it will se...
