Michael Francis Del Rio is a 22 year old singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist from New York City. He has been critically acclaimed for his eclectic take on pop due to the independent 2007 release of "Blooming Under Pressure". Currently, Del Rio is working with Adam Pallin (Little Jackie, Tom Jones, Elliot Yamin) in the creation of his full length/shop album.
In late 2007, Billboard Magazine hailed Del Rio as one of the Top Unsigned talents in the industry as part of the "Billboard Underground" Series. Billboard.com featured a video interview and performance as well as a small write up of Blooming Under Pressure in the weekly magazine.
