My name is Elena. Some of my friends call me "Anny". My niece Alex calls me "Aunt Nina", my niece Danielle (whom I call "Doodah" calls me "Aunt Noodle". I'm a down-to-earth kind of woman pretty much. I like simple little things in life, like hearing the laughter of little kids; the smell of a puppy's breath; feeding the ducks at the lake; spending time with family and friends; the smell of freshly cut grass...I call those things "my warm fuzzies". Corny? Yeah maybe but that's me. I'm passionate about things that are important to me. I believe in God, karma and poetic justice. I always see the glass as half full. I live each day to the fullest. Life is too short not to....I make THE best Jello shots in town and I've been designated as the "official" Jello shot maker for all parties I am invited to. I love Mexican food. I love drinking WormBurners at a place called "Razzoo's" and El Ninos at Chili's. They are DEADLY. (LOL) I'm one of the biggest Tom Petty fans you'll ever meet. I love basketball. My Dallas Mavericks are the best team in the NBA! Go Mavs Go! I am NOT a Dallas Cowboys fan. I use words like "groovy", "babycakes", "farout", and "cool". Yeah, I know, real dorky and geeky. That's just part of who I am with a good mixture of funny, witty, intelligent, passionate, loyal, cute and definitely sexy. I prefer jeans & tshirts. I keep a pen and something to write on with me at all times in case I get an idea for a song out of the blue or a "Wordplay" word pops into my head....I laugh at the stupidest little things but I can also laugh at myself (which I do from time to time). I tend to be known as somewhat of a comedian to my friends. I am afraid of total darkness, especially if I am by myself. Always have been. My biggest passion in life is music. It moves me. It makes me feel good. It soothes me. It heals me. My always constant, always faithful friend. I play the guitar, bass and some keyboards. I have a Fender Strat named Francine. I've been playing since I was 13. Maybe one day I'll actually get real good at it! (LOL) I love to write. I mostly write lyrics & poems but I have also written a few short stories as well. One of my favorite classes in school was Creative Writing. (Go figure)...When I daydream, I dream about things like moving to the Rocky Mountains and building a safe haven for unwanted animals. Traveling to somewhere exotic. Winning a Grammy for Song of the Year. How zero gravity feels. The smell of the ocean air. How much a million dollars weighs. Seeing my Mom and Dad again. (I really miss them.)...My ULTIMATE fantasies are: Meeting Tom Petty and Stevie Nicks and having a 3-way. Meeting either or of the above PERIOD. Riding a Harley barebutt naked down the road. My number 1 wish would be to meet my all time favorite musician Tom Petty! I have been a true blue fan of his since I was 15 years old way back in 1978. I am such a devoted fan that I recently had his logo of the heart with the Flying V guitar arrow through it tattooed on my chest right over my heart! I was told that this showed "real commitment".
