I love livin' life! I love waking up in a tent, getting to the top of a route, leaning back and floating down the river, ending a bike ride, running as far as I can, Unity, the corpse pose, buying new gear, snuggling with Murry, Trail magic, good pictures of friends, personal training, the first sun salutation of the day, presents and notes of love from my clients, patients who bring me food, the fact that my roommate keeps oreo ice cream in the fridge, remembering Julia, Ram Dass' Daily Word, climbing up mountains, climbing down mountains, morning meditation, swimming in creeks, a new pair of running shoes, the Appalachian trail, a fresh IPA, getting an exam back and scoring an A, knitting scarfs for my friends, Katie's view on life, an old friend finding me on myspace, unexpected massages, laying on my deck during a meteor shower, making it up that hill behind my house, boys with beards, boys who get down, boys with beards who get down, getting show tickets in the mail, I'm gonna say it Melinda...I love the boxed wine, when they harvest the field at Marsh Creek-so I don't have to run through chest high hay, weekends home with Jay, driving into H-burg, driving into Buena Vista and seeing Mt. Princeton, buying my first set of skis, new friends who bake me cookies, Warren Miller movies, relaxing in hot springs while it's snowing, the point in fall when you make your toe-Chacos into non-toe-Chacos...it feels like walking on marshmellows, drunk-party phonecalls from my friends back east, Saturday night study sessions with biscoRADIO, I REALLY love this little video of Phish...under this list of things I love...I've never seen Trey do this...how can you not love that band? I love how often my friends inspire me, text messaging Butter and catching the bus on time...and I love how IF I catch the bus, almost everyday I witness someone practicing a random act of kindness, which makes me love Denver and I'm hopelessly in love with Colorado. I love maps, cuticle sessions with Felicia in class, Jivamuki, Ashtanga, Friday nights with beer and the Big Lebowski. I love, love, love completely being aware of NOW and wish I did it more often, and how nothing is a coincidence and there is no such thing as an accident. I love in season veggies, my need to get my hands dirty in plants or in clay, the happy hour that follows a bad test score and how I feel like I have twenty best friends....and I really mean that, adventures with my class, road trips that take 3 hours to get 40 miles with unending laughter (Paul...), the smell of my clothes after spending hours around a campfire, white water rafting, time-outs, surprise nights at the hot springs, the first kiss of the day from P Monte...the last one of the night is pretty sweet too, puppies, the sound of my shoes crunching on the trail, snow squeaking under my skis and chocolate milk.The Phish
