Sounds Like: "An instrumental three-piece of blistering -energetic-emotional-drone rock. Irata are devoted to creating musical landscapes through traditional and nontraditional instrumentation. The band sounds very much like a rock band jamming out and noodling around but the build-ups and outbursts transform their music into a cacophony of 70's-esque golden AM juggernauts. With synth drum, Moog (an instrument that's a combination of a piano and synthesizer), and a saxophone hooked up to a guitar amplifier as well as percussion that ranges from a standard drum set to African and Indian drums we're not talking cookie cutter sounds.
