About Me

Now in its 8th year, epitome is the premier magazine for women of Northeast Ohio. epitome is distributed freely to more than 500 locations throughout 8 Northeast Ohio counties. epitome is published by Implosion Press, an Ohio-based nonprofit organization. Each issue reaches more than 35,000 readers. We at epitome believe that local insight is important, and strive to impact and expand our local audience. epitome is about art, music, culture, and local resources, and so much more. We seek to discover and explore new artistic and cultural territory and provide timely, relevant information to our readers. Essentially, epitome is about quality writing, innovative ideas, and a commitment to provide a forum for every woman's unique voice. We are the arts, minds, and ambitions of Northeast Ohio!
epitome magazine welcomes artwork, poetry and articles that represent a variety of viewpoints. Submissions must be received by the first of the month prior to publication. Guidelines available on our main site
