The true way to God should be simple and universal for all of creation; The word Islam itself is actually a system of words meaning submission, surrender, obedience, and sincerity to the the will of God, and by doing so you will acquire peace, thus the universality of Islam past, present and future. All of the Prophets came with the message of Islam, from Adam all the way through to Muhammed, Peace be upon them all. The Qur'an confirms the past revelations and corrects the mistakes that have crept into them; one of the meanings of 'Qur'an' is 'The Criterion' i.e between Truth and falsehood, thus bringing the sincere believers of God back in to the state of Islam which they have deviated from, be it as a result of their own fault or otherwise. The animals, the birds, plants and trees, the sun, moon, stars, galaxies, atoms, quarks, and gluons are all obeying the divine laws of God. Do you not want to be at peace and in harmony with God and the universe? Does that not sound like The True path to God? Anything opposing this peaecful harmony will cause only chaos, discord and destruction, as it is going against the very nature of all things. Thus the world order we are currently living in carries on self-perpetuating itself into an inevitable doom. At least give the Qur'an a try, what are you scared of?, the Truth?
