I'd like to meet:

Open minded, free thinkers; world travellers; anyone who has been to, or is interested in going to Burning Man. Please no random guys who want to tell me they think I'm "sexy". I'm thirty now. Thirty. At my age you want to hear something just a little more interesting than that. Although, if you're a jobless, impotent, drug addict, I might be interested.

Music:

I like almost all kinds of music except rap, punk, and heavy metal (anything really obnoxious sounding) Lately, when it comes to new music, I'm kind of clueless. I'm like, I like that one song...but I don't know who its by or what its called. A few bands I like are the Killers, Outcast, Green Day, U2, Bob Marley, Sublime, Depeche Mode, Cat Empire (from Australia), No Doubt, and too many others that I can't think of right now. I also really like a lot of 80's music, like what they play at Press Club, and I like that really cool belly dancing music they play at the Hookah Lounge.

Movies:

I like a lot of independent films and really weird movies; The Dreamers, Virgin Suicides, Me without you, really sappy romantic movies like Havana Nights, and comedies such as Road trip. Walk the line, Almost Famous, Dream a Little Dream, Clueless, Spun, Rules of Attraction, Catch me if You Can, American Pie, American Beauty, The Beach, Elizabeth Town, 8 Mile, and Blast from the Past, and Lord's of Dogtown are also some of my favorites.

Television:

Sex and the City, Friends, That 70's Show, Nip Tuck

Books:

The Unbearable Lightness of Being (very disturbing, but beautiful at the same time), Middlesex, Da Vinci Code, A million Little Pieces ( I love this book, could not put it down. I love the way he writes, but am really dissappointed to hear that he made a lot of it up), Diary of Anais Nin, I'm with the band, and Eat Pray Love is my new favorite book...I lovelovelove this book.

Heroes:

Oprah, and Petra Nemcova
