I was born in “Omeletteâ€, France to dad Franc and mother Juliet. Franc and Juliet worked for Franc’s parents, Pierre and Antoinette Fromage. They owned a small bistro in “Omelette†called “La Petite Bistroâ€. When I was born, Franc and Juliet decided to venture on their own and move to “Bronxvilleâ€, NY to open a bistro of their own – “La Petite Bistro Deuxâ€.
Thus began my adventurous life in the world of food. I loved the kitchen from a very young age and was destined to follow in my fathers footsteps. My father encouraged me to take some time and travel the world, meet interesting people and then decide whether the Bistro life was for me. I set out on an adventurous journey few ever have had the privilege to experience. I worked all over the world as a chef, in Africa, Asia, South-America, Europe and then eventually returned to the USA to start my own Bistro. Upon my return to New York I was approached by a large casino in Las Vegas, my world travels had made me a perfect candidate for a very high profile Executive Chef position at the “La Roulette†casino in Vegas. I accepted.
When I arrived in Vegas I read an advertisement to audition for a kids cooking show called “Just Cook Itâ€. I immediately knew that this was something I had to do. I went for the audition and got the role as Star Chef on the show.
