When I was about 5 I took an interest in instruments because I was fascinated with them and the sound they produced. The first instrument I got was when I was 9 and it was a bass. I started playing in a rock band and was in the same one for 4 years. During that period I moved on to the electric guitar and played that primarily for the rest of my time with that band. Shortly after I bought a cheap acoustic guitar and really started getting into more melodic music. And I guess I just felt like I needed to write. I felt like there were things I needed to say. Hard to put into words really, but here I am.
