But from the newcomer status to an international release it was a long route that most people wouldn't have taken. Tyler started playing in bands in London in his early teens after finding a natural affinity with the guitar at just ten years old. At the age of 14 Tyler recorded his first demos in a makeshift home studio. These recordings very quickly found their way to the English label Virgin Records / EMI. Tyler received an invitation for a meeting . Unfortunately the record company didn't move forward with Tyler when they realised that it was only a 14 year old boy that stood before them. Tyler decided to use his talent and his music as a solo artist and started performing his own songs in venues in and around London. Meanwhile Tyler finished school and continued working on his music. He recorded a 20 track demo in a studio in London and sent it out to the world. Surprisingly the first reactions came out of America. Various Labels and production-companies showed major interest in Tyler's work. So the teenager decided to bite the bullet and he moved to Nashville/TN to push his career forward together with a company called Baldwin Entertainment. They started to record his debut album. Dave Francis, the bass player of Sheryl Crow was also part of Tyler's recordings. Without a ticket home and no money in his pocket Tyler was put on tour and played hundreds of venues across the Southern states. At this time opportunities in Europe started presenting themselves, with record deal offers and chances to tour because of the reputation he had now made for himself??The company Fireworks Music based in London realised the talent of this young musician and hired him to write a song for the German major movie production" Suche impotenten mann fürs Leben, . "Better Day" was the result and it convinced them to hire him for future movies. At this time ZYX Records in Germany approached Tyler and offered him a record deal which he took and released his debut album "Better Day"??Meanwhile Tyler was on tour with Asia and Barclay James Harvest with rave reviews across Germany, which built him a loyal fan base. He since played with guitar legend Albert Lee and enjoyed the amazing reaction from the audience about his music. Most recently toured as special guest for Joe Cocker. Tyler's videos have now enjoyed strong rotation on music television all across Europe. Tyler was also approached by many modelling agencies in Europe and his pictures continue to appear in teen magazines all around the world. Always looking forward, Tyler has been in Los Angeles recording his second album which will be finished soon and has already been tipped as "a huge step forward musically and something very special".
