The applicant of the certificate as "International Northern Soul Police Standard Soulallnighter"
(I.N.S.P.S.-certificate)
must confirm his/her identity, or if acting as a legal representative, their authority of representation. The Disc Jockey concerned and his/her legal representative may not have themselves represented by another authorised person, even a lawyer, when making the application. The application must contain the complete personal details of the person concerned, and must be signed by the applicant in person. The personal details and the signature must be officially confirmed. Such official confirmation may be issued by a German Northernsoulpolice office, by a foreign authority or by a notary. Personal details may also be confirmed by sending an officially certified photocopy of personal identification papers (personal ID, Details of the Northern Soul Collection) showing the personal details. If the DeeJay Name differs from the current surname, this must also be specified. The copy must be signed by the I.N.S.P.S applicant before certification.
