Jill Evans

Hi! My name is Jill Evans and I’m the kind of girl who lives to work, not works to live (and, yes, I said that correctly). I love what I do, love baking and who doesn’t love cake? I have great customers who are regulars in my bakery, and they’ll tell you, nothing beats one of my culinary creations.
For the past year, I’ve been pretty focused on getting the Evans Bakery back on its feet, building a devoted fan base and now that things are going so well, I’m going to branch out and help my best friend Risha in her bakery. I can’t wait…we haven’t really “hung out” since college, and we have a lot of catching up to do. Plus, she has a great spot in a posh, rooftop bakery.
Then there’s my ex, Jack. He came into the bakery a few days ago begging me to help him in his underwater bakery. I guess things weren’t going so well. Anyway, my friends don’t think it’s a great idea, but I feel kind of bad about how things turned out for him, and I did always have fun with him. I think I’ll give it a try.
