Hey everyone, Here's what's going on at CBC Sporthorses for 2008!!!
DMD Don Juan+/(aka DJ or Little Man) is a 1994 Purebred Arabian currently competing at 3rd level dressage with experience in hunters, jumpers, eventing, pleasure classes, in-hand and show hack as well! This year we will be working towards earning the USDF Bronze Medal and the Arabian Third Level Award.
LSA Annastaczia (aka Anni or the cheerleader). Anni is a 2000 purebred Arabian mare with a focus in sport horse in-hand and pony hunters. Annis has moved to West Virginia to continue her education and to continue educating. She will be used by my friend, Jess Howard, as she continues to educate her students. Anni will be missed but visited often!!
Black Ice++++// (Buddy or BooBoo) is a 1996 Arabian/Trakhener who has an extensive show record from National & Res. National Champion in-hand, BLM Champion to numerous Top 10's at the 2007 Sport Horse Nationals just to name a few! This year Buddy will be making another attempt at qualifying for USDF Regional Championships and BLM Championships at First Level Jr/YR and the Musical Freestyles!
Jono (aka Jo or Big JO) is a Larger-than-life 1999 Draft paint cross. This year Jo will be working to qulaify for USDF Regional Championships and BLM Championships at Training Level (again) and First Level with an attempt at the Freestyles as well!!
Choco Dock's Carpe Diem (aka Khakie or KO) is a 1994 Rocky/Kentucky Mountain Horse. After 2 hard years of various ailments, Khakie is back in action and preparing hard for the 2008 show season, his first show will be in April at the Virginia Horse Center!**UPDATE - After Khakie's reoccurring bout with Laminitis he will be taking another break from the show ring. We wish him a quick recovery!**
Classic Imperatix (aka Baby Gia) is the last of the herd and the youngest! Gia is a 2004 Rocky Mountain Horse. Because of her unusually large size for her breed, Gia will be broken Spring 2008 and start her show career with Amy and Jason Stefanic of Classic Farm in Georgetown KY! We can't wait to have her back home to further her showing experience!**A Trip to KY is in the works for this Spring to see how Gia's training is coming along :D**
