Other Ukulele players ABOUT MY UKULELE: As yet I have not recorded any of my own songs. No, not even anyone elses songs either. I am still learning not to fall over my fingers! But with putting in about 2 hours a day I should be getting better. I know I am!! I have 3 ukulele at the moment they are all fabulously fiscally frugal purchases. Nothing over NZ$50.00. I have a digital tuner and huge song book, all thanks to Ukulele Boogaloo, Dr Ukulele and others. I also have an interactive DVD which I am using to learn strumming and picking. 2006 I began looking for other ukulele players on the internet and with fliers in music stores here in Auckland and so far have found Miss Shelly, pk & family and Miss Jan. Then organised meeting places for us to share our song books, uku skills? singing and just to have fun. This is really what its about... the fun bit!
