It all started years ago, while a counselor at a summer camp in California. A friend showed me a few chords on his Epiphone acoustic guitar. I was instantly addicted to the guitar. I went out with the $300 I made to some music shop in the Valley, and picked up what to me was a dream come true; my own guitar, a Yamaha. I spent $150 on that baby. I remember being so excited, that I banged that poor guitar into the door as I was leaving. Well, that was over 10 years ago. Since then the guitar has been there for me as my time away from reality, the best therapy money can’t buy.
I put up a cover song from Tristan Prettyman, Electric. Electric to me, is one of those songs that always hits the spot no matter how many times I listen to it. I plan to put some of my own songs in the near future.
I look at music as a way to express emotions we can otherwise not express. Some things just cannot be expressed with words alone. Music is a precious gift, and I hope that the music that will come forth from this page will be, well..........., just that. Thanks for taking time to read this. Enjoy!!
