It is a free monthly magazine which covers all aspects of lifestyle relevant to 21st Century living. Ginger Giraffe will be published and distributed throughout Liverpool, Manchester and surrounding areas.The design objective is to provide a contemporary sleek design which appeals to today’s professionals. We will be doing everything to get away from the stereotypical free magazine design. The sleek design of the magazine will capture the market that appreciates contemporary modern design regardless of gender or sexuality.In the North West there are currently a number of free magazines being published. Each of these magazines is aimed primarily at either the gay market or the more mainstream commercial market. Ginger Giraffe will attract a readership from both of these markets which reflects today’s society as being more integrated with regards to sexuality.Ginger Giraffe is different from the current free magazines in that as well as covering topics of regional interest it also reports on national and global areas of interest. The contributing team at Ginger Giraffe are all individuals who are breaking into their relevant industries. Ginger Giraffe provides a platform for individuals to get their work published whether it is music, photography, journalism or fashion all of which can be difficult industries to break in to. New contributors are constantly encouraged to get involved which further heightens the appeal of the magazine.Ginger Giraffe is distributed in Liverpool, Manchester and its surrounding areas and will be available from shops, hair salons, bars, clubs, and restaurants. The magazine will also be available through an annual subscription and on gingergiraffe.com.
