About Me

BIOGRAPHY
Is it easier to say where you came from or where you’re going, or even where you’re at? If I’m to say where I came from I could say that I’m a preachers kid, a cheeky sixth-former who used to have an obsession with quoting David Brent from The Office. Or I could say I’m from Celtic heritage and my favourite instrument, to the amusement of old friends, is the bagpipes.
Really I’m just searching deeper through music, not because I’m a deeper person than anyone else but because it’s what I do, and it’s what I have to do. And I don’t always know necessarily where I’m going but if I ever see a train I always want to be going somewhere or coming home. Most importantly where I’m releasing my first full collection of songs in a collaborative effort with friends who happen to be great musicians and people, and great people and musicians who have hopefully become friends along the way. It’s called Breaking In Of Light and it’s about streetlights, God, velvet skies, love, the beach, stolen moments, redemption, all the records I’ve bought and loved, protest, and salvation.
