I try to say yes to what is good for me although it is not always easy and my thoughts are against my decisions, but I can't eliminate them, but acknowledge them as clouds inside my head that are passing by. Whenever I decide without my disturbing and analysing thoughts I feel alive, and any moment I can do it!The more I am able to say YES to something, the more I am able to say NO to something else, and slowly my inner confusion vanishes!And because I say Yes to the Living God of Israel, I say No to everything He shows me is not from Him...on this path.
