Shark Vs. Wombatt

November 1987 - Dover, New Jersey. Two students @ the Joe Kubert School of Art and Graphic Design name themselves FUNK KNUNCLE and record the "No Frills Record." They had major underground success through 'word of mouth' and extensive touring... Backlash ensued and they broke-up in April 1988... The world mourned their loss. Reunited in Los Angeles, California September 1994 - Recorded their most powerful music to date - "The Evil Of Funk Knuncle...The last of the Second Helpings" aka "Funk Knuncle II." The plug was pulled on a very short-lived reunion tour due to 'techniculties' and they disbanded in December 1994. Reunited once again September 1998, a new album was forged - this time in secrecy: "Funk Knuncle's Unknown Sound." True to form FUNK KNUNCLE broke-up after that... Shark went on to bluer waters and Wombatt went on to join the LEGION OF ROCK STARS.
