well i started mixing 2 step garage n drum n bass 10+ years ago cos i was into tht type of music n really fancied a go at this mixing lark everyone was raving about! after listening to the big pirate stations in my area it grew from there really, i started on sum crappy belt drives which i got for xmas 1 year as i think everyone started on the same lol,my friends had directs(technics) so i was on them everytime i was round their place hoggin as they use to say lol "nice 1 lads" i met people involved in pirate radio sum years down the line n got a slot on frequency88.4fm i was on there for a year then ventured onto riseone98.3fm n did sum bits on charge90.8fm aswell playin drum n bass for a while. iv been on riseone for sum time now my show is 6 til 8 every saturday nite i play all the oldskool98-99 uk garage as i love the stuff to bits , iv also started playin bassline , electro , house jus recently to mix it up a bit! iv also played at a number of venues in my area i.e CLUB VIBE canvey,BASILDON UTD CLUB, ZINC NIGHTCLUB southend on sea, CAPONES NIGHTCLUB benfleet, n did a few places in las americas TENERIFE, if u wud like to kno more or for bookings please contact me at [email protected] or add me on msn im gna leave it there as i am still working on my page so keep an eye out n keep visiting my page. i want to big up the following: dj big mistic , dangerous,dj fusion,dj slick,jon hollywood joe all the riseone famo and all the riseone listeners n the people who inspire me to keep going too many to mention big ups to u all!! thanx for taking time to read this n il keep it posted wot venues i am playin out at if u fancy coming along... cheers mr wilcox ;) p.s be lucky!!
