Well let's see... i'm a married 36 year old (soon to be 37) mother of two VERY rambunctious boys who like to practice their Jiu-Jitsu on their mother!! My husband and I own a Martial Arts school in Colonie, so you'd think I'd be in shape, but who has time to work out!! On a very sad note we have just lost our very best friend and first child KAITO, he was our 13 1/2 year old boxer, He went gently in his sleep and we are happy for that at least.
