ESCAPE FROM (recording new stuff)

History of the band goes back to December 2005. The initiators of the project were Marcin Zgoda “Chunk” (“PWIS”) and Tomek Gocek “Ghoc” (“Mgla”) . After the break-up of both bands they met accidentally in the bar (AZYL) , where they were drowning their sorrows. At that time they got the idea to initiate some project together. They still needed a bass guitar player and a drummer. The first wasn’t a problem. They asked Radek Wolicki “Wolish”, from the local rock group “Vermouth”, to join them. The latter appeared to be much bigger issue. The only solution was to “borrow” Slawek Piotrowicz “Saint” - a drummer from the black metal band “Eshelon”. After short negotiations the rehearsals could finally start. It didn’t last long. The army called for “Saint “ and the group was left without a drummer once again. Soon after about the band’s troubles found out Darek Barabas “Seeg”. With little musical experience but great passion for rock music he joined the group. From the beginning of 2006 our new band “ESCAPE FROM”, including Chunk: guitar, Ghoc: vocal, Wolish: bass guitar and Seeg: drums, started to perform.
