The Severed Limb

About Me

We're a contemporary skiffle band from Essex / London who play original material with a country twang and a rockabilly twist. We've recently supported Imelda May during the London legs of her last two UK tours (at Bush Hall and Koko), rocked the house at the beautiful What's Cookin' night in Leytonstone, kicked ass a couple of times headlining at Bethnal Green Working Men's Club, performed on stage with legendary pianist Diz 'Honey Bear' Watson, and are gonna record an album in 2009 with rockabilly star Darrel Higham on his Foot Tapping Records label!
Management - Count Sizzle (see our friends list below)
"Awesomely authentic skiffle sounds from such a surprisingly young band. With their good looks and accomplished playing, we can see these boys hitting the big league"
HotGigsUK
"Straight out of Essex, The Severed Limb tore the place apart with their floor-filling skiffle. The band were ace."
