Callee....A twenty two year old singer songwriter, currently living in Brisbane- formerly living south of Byron Bay NSW, in coastal Lennox Head.In the process of recording her debut album at Rockinghorse Studios, Byron Bay alongside recording engineer/producer, Anthony Lycenko (Pete Murray, Pty Ltd., Giants of Science, George, Resin Dogs) and drummer, Jacob Mann (Marshall & The Fro, Kurtis, RazorJazz).Callee has taken out local and national songwriting competitions including MusicOz, Australian Songwriters Association, NCEIA Dolphin Awards, ZZZ Fm Accelerator.Callee has performed both as a soloist and with her band at The Melbourne Fringe Festival; Byron Bays' Beach Hotel and Great Northern Hotel; Australian Songwriters Association Awards Ceremony; and as a tour support for Pete Murray on his 2005 See The Sun Tour.After returning from Sydney in November 06, and a tonsillectomy later; things have never felt so good, and the time has never felt so right.The songs, the voice, the keys and the performance....
