I am a music guru...my favorite genre of music comes from the 80's which is a significant part of my coming of age. 80's R&B ballads...ballads period!!! One of the greatest artist of the 80's is Teena Marie by far!!!(actually she came on the scene in '79 but who's cares) The best rap came from the 80's: LL Cool J- You'll rock to Rodney O and Joe Cooley- Everlasting Bass to Beastie Boys - Paul Revere to name JUST a few! The 70's are not to be left out by far for Soul, Funk and R&B!!Live Music is the best...you aren't alive if music is not part of your life daily!
Coming to America is a classic.... The Tempations movie if you don't have that in your collection you are slipping because Leon played the hell out of David Ruffin.
Okay now I LOVE reality type shows like : Project Runway, Top Chef, America's Next Top Model, Sweet Sixteen, Shear Genius, Real World/Road Rules challenge shows. I love to watch people make asses of themselves on TV!!!
