"Check 'em out!" (sung to the tune of "My Humps" by the Black Eyed Peas... :p )
..
For those whom I haven't seen in a while, I'm still pretty much the same Jo that you guys grew up with in primary school, high school and uni... the cah-razy, giggly, sarcastic, procrastinator, gets-giddy-whenever-my-friends-and-I-see-a-cute-guy, fun-loving gal that you all love... :-)
I get a rush out of procrastinating. I feel that I produce my best work when I'm in a rush. lol! However, I do like to be on time with some things, and can sometimes be a little too detail-oriented and pedantic, and cause others around me to rush to get to appointments! I'm good with remembering dates. My work calendar doubles as my social calendar. In fact, it has more social events than work-related ones! lol
I'm a typical Scorpion in that I will be completely loyal to you, and I expect just as much from you. But cross me once, and it will be difficult to regain my friendship, let alone my trust. But that's just me.
I'll forgive, but remember.
As of September 2005, I've been living in Canberra, and working for a government agency. Freezing my bum off at the moment! At times like these I wish I had moved somewhere north instead! haha! But I'm loving it here, meeting new people and experiencing new things. Not sure if I want to move back to Sydney, but there's always that option.
My brother Jeremy is still my absolute favourite person in the world. I love him to bits and I miss him every day. So proud of you, Kulds! Love ya heaps!
I'm still friends with the same group of girls from high school: Veronica, Marianne, Trixie, Agatha, Audrey and Justine... the b!tch crew still exists! haha! Even though we don't get to see each other as often as we could, we still keep in touch with all the goings-on in our lives... gotta love technology. Mae and Jay, get your butts out of the USA and the UK and get back here! We miss you both!
Since moving to Canberra, I have taken on the role as CEO (Chief Entertainment Officer) of the "Canberran Family" organisation... LOL! Shout outs to them... you know who you are! Canberra is not that bad of a place, as long as you know people who can point you in the right direction for some fun... err... get your minds out of the gutter... I wasn't talking about Fyshwick or Mitchell!
Big shout outs to the IT grads... yes, I'm the #1 groupie, and don't I bl00dy know it. Happy 1 year anniversary for the 10th of Feb!
My youth group pals: You make me proud of all of you every day. PS: The guy in the wall says hi (hahahah). Plan another road trip to come and visit me again soon!
A big HELLO to my family and friends all over the world, especially the ones whom I haven't seen in a while.
