Olga has begun to be interested in DJeeng before she finally stopped to be suit in being just a clubber on a dance floor. At that moment PIONEER DJM-500 DJ seemed to be something like a control panel on the plane.
Since her first attempts to practice DJing the interest in it had not reduced but even grows up and she was constantly looking for the most beautiful, the most coolest, the best tracks but the idea was not realized immediately.
Nowadays Olga is named “Mother of DJing of Vologda†by other djs and audience. Though she appeared on the club scene of this city only 3 years ago she has already got attention from club business people due to her charisma and got residency at best undegroud club of her city. Before that she played in different clubs in the Vologda city.
Correct understanding of the music styles, excellent technics, perfect taste and striving for the constant development and perfection was attracting attention to her and later Olga has been invited to be a resident of the biggest advertising center of her city. Nowadays DJane Olga Flapper had began touring over the Russia. She has already visited Jaroislavl, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Arhangelsk and this is just a beginning.
Everybody, who was skeptic to her in the beginning of her career, changed their mind after they heard her mixes or live sets. The matter is in Olga's bright and individual understanding of the music and perfect style wherever she is playing her sets. “I respect every aspects of show-business, even those strip-Djs girls but my way is to get a respect from clubbers and music fans with the help of the music. It..s not a secret that there is an opinion between DJs, that girls are beautiful but not professionals. So, the way I choose is an attempt to prove to men that women can be really professional in this business†said Olga. About music style, DJane Olga Flapper prefers Tech House and Progressive House. Correct mixing of this styles with Electro sound is helping her not to be monotonous. Nowadays she prefers playing multystyle as many of the foreign DJs do. Sets of Olga can be beautiful and melodic as well as hard and techy.
«I like beauty in music- for example Deep sounds in Tech House and in Techno. Especially when I have «to be hard» in the club- it's nice to relax after it, listening to slow and beautiful tracks. I usually use such tracks at the end of my sets, and, definitely, at the end of the mix»- says Olga. Olga can't name any favorite label because she's sure that new names and sound must be searched everywhere. Nevertheless there are some favorite ones like Plastic City, Get Physical, Poker Flat....
Sometimes something in the track doesn't suits her taste so she decide to start creating of her own music.
