LEASING RIGHTS ($25.00)
You will receive an encoded MP3 file of the beat free of vocal tags, and/or a copy of the WAV file. The beat file will be delivered through e-mail (24 HRS after payment is received). Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 1,000 copies. Selling more than 1,000 copies means you MUST acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 1,000 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale. 302 Productions will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads, but you must give full credit to 302 Productions on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, 302 Productions still owns the beat(s) and is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ($75.00)
You will receive a MP3 file of the beat free of vocal tags, a tracked out session of the beat (each part of the beat seperated into its own track), and/or a copy of the WAV file. The beat file will be delivered through the e-mail (24 HRS after payment is received). Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form. 302 Productions may no longer lease or sell the beat, unless the beat was previously leased. 302 Productions will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads, but you must give full credit to 302 Productions on all commercial recordings.

ATTENTION MC'S: FOR STUDIO TIME, READ BELOW:
I personally know how it is to fight for that clarity on tracks, to make that song sound crisp and clear, and it's not easy to do, which is why we also offer studio time. If you don't have the best equipment to record with, we can help you out with that. We charge $10/hr for studio time and the session includes recording your vocals, engineering and mixing every individual vocal track, amping up beats (upon request and only if the beat is tracked), and finally mixing down your completed track. Whether it's for an album or a mixtape, the rate stays the same.
