I have been a realtor since August of 2004 and I have had my real estate license since June of 2004. During this time I have work in the REO Department at Coldwell Banker Legacy Real Estate Group. I now manage the REO Department for Coldwell Banker. This department handles bank foreclosed properties. In the time I have spent working in this department I have been involved in over 100 sales of property. I have experience in working with buyers, sellers, mortgage lenders, banks, title companies and many other agents. I am currently working on my GRI designation from the National Realtors Association. In 2005 I became a part of the International Diamond Society of Coldwell Banker for producing over $1.8 Millions of real estate sales.
