Ahhhhhh.....the good old days!

About Me

"I used to rock and roll all night and party every day. Then it was every other day. Now I'm lucky if I can find half an hour a week in which to get funky. I've got to get out of this rut and back into the groove" ....................."Nobody knows the band Grand Funk? The wild shirtless lyrics of Mark Farner? The bong-rattling bass of Mel Shocker? The competent drum-work of Don Brewer? Oh, man!"

My Interests

Being a dad. Yankees Baseball, Patriots Football and Rangers Hockey. Music, Beer (McSorley's) and Hot Wings (TK's). Playing softball. I've decided to take up skateboarding again. Opie & Anthony, Ron & Fez. Spinning Instructor.
