The Depot Conference Center is a renovated, historic train depot functioning as a high-tech conference center in NW Columbus. This Conference Center is not just another meeting room, it is a destination
The Depot Conference Center is a dynamic environment for executive retreats, board meetings, off-site strategy sessions, charity fundraising events, award celebrations and private functions. It also provides a nostalgic visit to Ohio’s train history and is home to one of the state’s few privately-owned railroads, the Scioto Valley Railroad.
Both the s Business Center and The Depot Conference Center are bordered by the CSX railroad. The complex offers visitors a memorable experience, with a return to yesteryear, offering an astonishingly beautiful exterior and interior creation of what it was like to travel by train, in Brice Ohio, in 1880. Rare furniture and train antiques disguise state-of-the-art communication technology attractively imbedded in the facility. There is a steam locomotive 1/3 scale (Maine 2-Footer), tender and 5 cars that seat several riders that traverse the 2,000 feet of track encircling the office building and the train station.
