The CherryVendetta Blues Band is a just that, a blues band. The members of the band were growing tired of listening to live bands that falsely touted themselves as a “blues band,” and that’s how CherryVendetta was born.We have made a commitment to adhere to the blues. However, our song selection is based on the “energy or feel” that is perceived by the audience. Every blues lover knows what we mean…when that tone comes out just right or that note is bent so that you feel it in your soul. That’s what we look for in our music, energy. Our goal is to keep the dance floor hopping!!Our influences are many. Old school blues such as Little Walter, Paul Butterfield, Albert Collins, Freddie King, Duane Allman, SRV, and Albert King.
