Cuyo

Cuyo was born and raised in Ljungby (L-by) Sweden along with his single mom and three big brothers. Livin in the hood is what made Cuyo to what he is today, a strong ambition for poetry calld Hiphop. Ever since his older brother Tobbe bought his first hiphop record with Run DMC, Cuyo got hooked. The flow and the vibe made him escape from the hell that was going on outside. Alcoholics, fiends and police and all this hood shit we all go thru.Cuyo only hung out with the African/Swedes since they were onto the vibe and music. So right there as a 5 year old, Cuyo started to write his first song "Kan du digga det?" (Can you dig it?) wich were all bout him and his homies were artists. All for the ladies of course, and it worked. Cuyo was a little pimp right there.Things changed when Cuyo hitted age of 11, his mom dated a outlaw named William (Willy) that showed much love for kidz, since he had spent alot of time in the pen. So he thought the clock was ticking away, to get kidz on his own. Cuyo loved Willy for everything he thougt 'bout life. And was strickly on a note of being a hustla. He never wanted to see Cuyo raise up as a outlaw, but then again kidz loves the green paper! So Cuyo was learned one thing 'bout the game, allways stay true to your homies and dawgs. Never ever fuck somebody over unles they do that shit to you.The death of Willy 2 years later took Cuyo to a point of depression. Were the police were actually the once who could done there job better. Robbery of a small store went to a car chase. The cops forced him down in a high speed to crash. The death of a fatherfigure made Cuyo lose his social abillity, he didn't speak for months. Not even when his own click was there to comfort him.Around 1998 Cuyo started to gain more trust from weed smoke and gangsta Rap. He started to write on some new tunes, not the best but it was a fresh start from years of silence. His sidekick the Hungarien brother Krayzie - T were scrappin a little and formed a band with no name. It was later called Hundgården (Dawgpound, yeh we know you thinking) but that was our rolemodels in hiphop. But Dawgpound didn't spend to much time on the music, during the weed smoke.In 2000 it all changed, Cuyo's one and only true white homie Patrik died in a car accident. This was the last straw, Cuyo lost his emotions for everything that had to do with life. From that day, nothing was the same. 2 deaths in the same way was to much for em. So he went to the lab and waited 5 years for the lyrics to come on paper and then he preformed the swedish track "Vi ses i himmelriket" dedicated to P and W. Thats the first track Cuyo spitted out for the world to know. And from that, Cuyo climbed from silence to megaphone.2008 and this year is just fresh for summer and Cuyo still makes music for the world, now tellin how it was in English. Since back in the day was all Swedish.Let his story go on, this dawg died in 83 but ressurected back to spit what hell made...
