Quantico, VA.Intel. Brief. Subject: "M***** C*********"Intel is as follows:A scant few pictures exist of the man known as "The Blue Ghost" A.K.A. "The ll-Ronin-ll"…All that is known is that he was born in the high desert in the late seventies. His family soon thereafter relocated to one of the hottest places on earth, a small isolated compound located near the Calico Mountains in Death Valley, California...As a child he learned how to survive in the harshest of climates, and began his tutelage in the use of various forms of weaponry. It is known that he traveled the world with his parents who where professional musicians, and that he spent little time actually living within the confines of the continental U.S....
No formal education is recorded for this period, or any type of distinguishing Information such as records of fingerprints, etc...When he reached the age of 18 he returned to the country of his birth, and for reasons unknown changed his legal name to that of that an ancestor's that was lost upon entering Ellis Island nearly 100 years previous...Details are sketchy at best, but it is believed that his young adulthood was spent moving around from Para-Military Encampments to Extremist Enclaves in the desert SW of the United States learning the various arts of war and Political Ideologies, foremost being various Martial Arts Techniques, the use of Bladed Weapons, C.Q.B. Tactics & Theory, Survival, P.S.P.O.'s (Plain-Sight Public Operations), Psy-Ops. (Psychological Operations), Unconventional & Guerilla Warefare, Weapons Manufacturing, and the use and handling of all Modern Mil-Spec. & Civillian Large & Small Arms.During this period, it is unconfirmed, but sources indicate that the man known as the "The Blue Ghost", or the "ll-Ronin-ll" was connected to a revolutionary organization known as "The Brown Berets" for a indeterminate amount of time, and was suspected or carrying out various incendiary acts, but again this is unconfirmed and unsubstantiated...Again, no tax records, bank account records, university records, medical records, etc. exist for this period. It’s as if he became a living ghost operating within the confines of modern civilization...At the age of 25 it is believed that the man known as the "ll-Ronin-ll" entered some sort of paramilitary training program based in the deserts of the New Mexico Highland. No further contact has been made as of October 2002.
