Peaceniks, activists, feminists, environmentalists, revolutionaries. Music lovers and bike riders. Anyone who knows how to tell a good joke. People who like to have a good time. Ego not welcome here. Leave your bullshit at the door.
And...these guys...
Oh, and these guys too!
Music should always be that fun.
I like most foreign films (esp. Fellini, Antonioni, Bergman, etc) smart comedies, independent films, classic Hollywood and documentaries. Bollywood is fun. The Coen Brothers make me squirm. David Lynch stuff is good. Quentin Tarantino makes me cringe in a good way. Wes Anderson flicks are hilarious. Jean-Pierre Jeunet makes amazing films. Michel Gondry is a god among movie directors. Also, Goonies, Labyrinth, Say Anything, Princess Bride, Mallrats, Office Space, Empire Records, Breakfast Club, Indiana Jones (all of em), Snatch, Coffee and Cigarettes, Lost in Translation...I could keep going, but you get the idea. At any given time I have about 500 movies on my Netflix queue. Someday I will have the time...
