About Me

For those of you who don't know me. I am Melissa, a married mommy of two who has wonderful family and friends who like my music more than I do. I have been singing since I was about two and started playing guitar at the age of 13. I have found solace in it ever since. I started writing "real songs" at 15. I write about what I know thus, most of my songs are about love... the love of others, the love of God...I was born and raised in the small town of Soldotna, Alaska and I still live here today and love it almost every minute! I've been known to sing at various coffee shops and lounges but mostly I sing at church. I have been a worship leader at Peninsula Bible Fellowship for about 8 years now and I really enjoy it. I hope my music has something about it that interests you. After all, it's about my life and I'd hate to find out I'm a bore! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
