Princess is changing the face of music as we know it today. Born into a family of Gospel greats, Princess was blessed with the gift of song from an early age. She has been exposed to a variety of musical genres. In all of her musical aspirations, her true passion has always been to minister the Gospel. She has been inspired by some of the best in the industry such as: Mary Mary, Fred Hammond, Beyonce, Kiki Sheard, and Justin Timberlake. Princess has been granted the opportunity to sing with Gospel recording artists Hezekiah Walker, Pastor John P. Kee, Kirk Franklin, Kirby Brown and Christopher Lewis. She has also performed on the same stage as Tye Tribbett, J. Moss, LaShaun Pace and Vicki Yohe."Since the age of five, I have been singing in Gospel choirs. Whether it was in church or school, Gospel has been a part of my life for over eighteen years. Having the chance to complete a CD and to travel around the world means a lot to me. Some of the artists that have inspired me to continue to work hard at what I do are: Mary Mary, Lisa McClendon, Fred Hammond, Beyonce', Kierra "Kiki" Sheard, and Justin Timberlake. Having watched their performances and listening to their music extensively, Im able to gain insight into a quality performance. Mary Mary's music helps me to appreciate the Gospel industry. Im able to understand the importance of fans and the need to give them all that you have , as a result of Beyonce's music. J.T's performance shows me how to give a good show and to have fun while doing so. Taking pointers from each of these artists will allow me to have a well rounded and excellenct show."After faithfully serving to assist others with their musical projects, Princess has been blessed with an opportunity to release her first EP entitled “Personal.†This CD will give the listener a glimpse into my heart and an entrance into my world.
