Here's the deal, it's your money so you own 80% of the business. We use my business plan to set-up a unique 50's style restaurant (Hot Dogs, Burgers and Fries) and Hot Rod shop (specializing in fiberglass and steel reproduction kit cars). I do all the work, I get a reasonable salary, the remaining 20% of the business, and all rights to any future franchise opportunities. A simple menu consisting hot dogs, burgers, fries and drinks (soda and shakes) and the areas only condiment bar (all kinds of relishes, mustards, ketchups, chillis, cheese sauces ect. The meals will have cleaver names like "The Hemi dog" a hot dog w/the works, fries and drink, "The Nitro Burger" a burger w/everything, fries and drink and so on.Perfect parcel for the business! Newly renovated twin drive-in across the street next door to a sports bar on a major route.The rod shop is also a simple idea, only do fiberglass and steel reproduction bodies with the over abundance of suppliers for this type of business. Building these cars has become much easier than in the past so employees are much more readily available. The customer will have a huge selection of bodies styles, engine choices and transmission options as well as custom paint, suspensions, interiors, wheels ect. My belief is that this concept will feed off itself. By having car shows and cruise nights at the restaurant, will bring in potential customers for the rod shop and by holding car club meetings and vendor demonstrations at the shop will bring more business to the restaurant.
