The hard working, hard rocking members are: lead singer Tony Swanson, guitarist Damon Millard, drummer Noby McArthur, and bass player Jon Robershaw. Blue Sky Blonde’s latest album “What Say You” was released on Olive Drive Records in Spring 2007 and has been very well received. BSB will be releasing there upcoming 4 song demo tentatively titled “Killing the Birds” in early 2009 on Olive Drive Records. We are here to rock, and we salute you.The prolific songwriting and precision craftsmanship of guitarist Damon Millard emphasizes his classical-rock-jazz training and unique ability to define relevant cutting edge music. Inspirational and generation defining lyrics composed by Tony Swanson and lyrical contributions from Noby McArthur will make your head spin. The hooks and melodies that Tony sings are emotional filled stories of life and its perceived state of mind. His years of experience recording, playing, and touring with such acts as Matisyahu and many other national acts have risen the bar for this insane rock band. Jon Robershaw defies the natural selection of bass playing and his ability to translate feeling and groove is unique. The greasy back beats, melodic feel, and solid emotional hits of drummer Noby McArthur round out the tight, energetic, addictive, genre bending music that is BLUE SKY BLONDE.All members work full time at both their day jobs and with their music, supporting their families and their creative pursuits. One of the greatest things about BSB is that their live shows absolutely shread - and even those who have never heard of BSB get into their pulsating shows!
