West Yorkshire based James Meadows and Steve Lacey have been playing together since early 2006, after meeting when playing in local music sessions. Whilst Steve's a familiar face on the local folk scene, James was a Semi Finalist in the 2006 BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Awards.Together they play a mix of traditional tunes and songs alongside some of James' own compositions.As a duo in the past they have opened up for Vin Garbutt on two occasions, supported chumbawamba at holmfirth folk festival and played at a number of festivals and folk clubs.
