I work as a sound engineer/producer at Turku, Finland. I've studied sound engineering at Orimattila Institute, where I completed a degree in music technology in spring 2006. I also study ethnomusicology in the University of Tampere, although working as a sound engineer has taken a lot of time from the studies.
I also work as a live sound engineer quite a bit, even though I prefer to work in studio since in studio I can really listen to the song and concentrate on the music. When doing FOH (or monitors), it's always fast reactions dealing with multiple problems (including keeping your gear safe from drunken audience ;)).
