Jersey Rats are a group of asphalt purest bound by the principle that chrome sure as fuck don't get you home. Originating from northwest New jersey the Jersey Rats are a bunch of degenerate assholes that take perfectly good motorcycles, remove everything, ignore all engineering guidelines, forget to clean them, let them rust, and beat the shit out of them. in short, make them better. we're not stating a revolution, we're just rats. We may not wave to every happy go lucky scooter jock out there, but we're not gonna leave stranded on the road either........Respect the Panda.
