My Interests

I'd like to meet:

WHO I'D LIKE TO MEET:

Like-minded people but also un-like-minded people, so i can learn and be challenged in my thinking, which will help me to understand just that little bit more about how people, our world and our universe tic... Some people say 'Curiosity killed the cat'. I say 'a lack of curiosity kills the mind and spirit'...

Oh, And I'd love to meet Charlie Kaufman to find out how he writes such brilliantly warped and clever screenplays.
I was lucky enough to meet the Dalai Lama last time he travelled to Oz so may I add to this list anyone else who inspires and motivates people to aspire for peace amongst ourselves and with mother nature.

People who convey love, joy, courage, integrity and convicted determination!...And, *cough* ahem, yes, i'd like to meet Benicio Del Toro...THE ROAD TO NIRVANA - THE SEARCH FOR PEACE

Be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace. The hearts of a great many people have already been exposed to inner peace and it is possible that people everywhere could come down with it in epidemic proportions. This could pose a serious threat to what has, up to now, been a fairly stable condition of conflict in the world.

Some signs to look out for:~ A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears basedon past experiences~ an unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment~ a loss of interest in judging other people~ a loss of interest in conflict~ a loss of the ability to worry (this is a VERY serious symptom~ frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation~ contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature~ frequent attacks of smiling~ an increasing tendency to let things happen rather than make them happen~ an increased susceptibility to the love offered by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it
