MyAfricanMusic.com has rapidly grown in popularity. We attribute that to the many fans that discover the uniqueness of AfriRhythms Internet Radio, on a daily basis. We are home to Africa's and Afro-Caribbean's largest music repository and still counting. No one covers Africa and the Caribbean like we do. We are also home to "Bana U", an exclusively Ugandan music stream and "Safari" a Kenyan and Tanzanian music stream. You may be asking why? Our database shows a large proportion of East Africans visiting the site and making requests that need specific services to satisfy their needs. However, we strongly believe in a "Pan African" outlook to music thus the need to preserve the African music diversity and cultural exchange, which is what we stand for! Thanks to our listeners that have a big passion for world music especially the tunes from Motherland Africa like we do here at AfriRhythms. Please continue to support our community service project. We title all the music we play, making it easier for you to look up the artist and album in order to support the artists that compose the music. They too need to make a living! When you buy their music, they can earn a discent living but more importantly, record more music!
