About Me

I moved to New York USA in December 1985 from Manchester, England to pursue my career in Graphic Design. After initially designing for Swatch in 1986 I worked for several different companies including Sony, IBM, Express, Revlon, Victoria's Secret, The Gap/Banana Republic/Old Navy. After ten long years at The Gap I decided to move on in early 2002 to become Director of Graphics at Nautica. I've recently freelanced and designed t-shirt lines for some of America's largest fashion retail stores: Aeropostale, Jimmy'Z, Ecko Red and American Eagle. Also recently created designs/logos for the USA Olympic Team for the Beijing 2008, Vancouver 2010 and LONDON 2012 games in conjunction with Nike, Adidas and XP. Graphics have been designed for not only the USA team, but also for sales to consumers before, during and after each games in stores across America and at the Olympic Villages/online. Basically anything that requires a graphic/logo placement such as T-shirts, sweatshirts/hoodies, caps, bags, trainers/sneakers, jackets, etc. Plus advertising: billboards, magazines, TV and packaging, etc.I'm a big fan of music, especially all those glam days filled with the sounds of Slade, The Sweet and T. Rex. I have been DJing on and off for the past 17 years on New York's Lower East Side. This has been great fun and a big escape for me. The crowds come along for the great mix of music and it's certainly caused a great reaction. I play stuff that NO DJ in New York plays - lots of old 50's Rock 'N' Roll, 60's Mod, Motown and Reggae, 70's Glam, Punk, Ska, New Wave and Power Pop, etc.
