About Me

I grew up in a band called The Slickee Boys. (That was like 300 years ago). I had been playing a bunch of eclectic crap before that, so when Kim Kane asked me to form a punk band, I said "whats punk?" He played me some Iggy, NY Dolls, and MC5. I liked the idea. We tried being "punk", but never quite lost our sensitive side. We put out a few albums. We usually get together to do shows between xmas & New years. "Hazy Shade of Winter" is w/ Mark Noone singing. "Dr. Boogie" is w/ Martha Hull singing. "Preferences" "WaddaYhav" & "Homeless1" are all solo endeavors. I currently play in a band called Ottley!. I play baritone GTR. Bob Berberich plays drums. He was in: The Hangmen,Grin,& Rosslyn Mountain Boys. Martha Hull sings. Besides being the original singer for the Slickees, she was in: DCeats,The Dinettes, and The Steady Jobs. We love us! Check out Ottley!'s and Slickee's mySpaces and come see us live sometime.

My Baritone Guitar set-up

I have baritone neck on a Stratocaster body. I tune down to a C chord (from low to hi-CGCGCC) the top 2 strings are a unison, so I can do a 12 stringy dulcimer type sound. The treble pick up goes dire...
