This free-flowing composition switches tones and rhythms in breathtaking fashion and gives plenty of opportunities for showmanship from the soloist. Krein attacked the piece with great flair and dramatic poise, picking the strings and at times literally striking them with her bow to achieve the required twanging sounds."
From Music In The Mountains Festival.
"The Durango Herald", USA“Incredibly talented young violinist Margarita Krein performed works by Bach, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and Ravel. During the performance she showed expressive and deeply personal playing. She feels the balance between timelessness and subdued intensity(…) Margarita is a brilliant and powerfully intuitive player.â€
